HOW TO REPLACE THE RESIN:

1. Holding the CAR WASHING DEIONIZER Water Stick with the spray head in the up position, unscrew the black threaded adapter and spray head from the end.

2. Turn the Water Stick over and tap on the inside of a trashcan until all the old resin is removed.

3. Lay the Water Stick on its side and open the end of the zip lock "Resin Refill Bag".

4. Slide the open end of the "Resin Refill Bag" over the open end of the Water Stick about 1 inch.

5. Fold the zip lock end of the bag around the neck of the Water Stick to make a seal.

6. Holding your hand around that seal, pick up the Water Stick and shake the contents of the bag into the body of the Water Stick while tapping the handle end of the Water Stick on the ground.

7. When the bag is empty, discard it and screw the adapter with the spray head back into the Water Stick.

8. Your Water Stick is now ready for use.

Always store your CAR WASHING DEIONIZER/SOFTENER with the spray nozzle in the off (counter clockwise) position to prevent the resins inside from drying out which will shorten its life.
