OWNER'S LIMITED WARRANTY

RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT (the day your package is delivered to your shipping address) IF THE PRODUCT FAILS TO PERFORM AS ADVERTISED. CALL 888-681-1952 FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. WE WILL HAPPILY CREDIT YOUR PAY PAL ACCOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF YOUR WATERSTICK WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR RETURN. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDELING CHARGES. WaterSticks are designed and built to provide many years of satisfactory performance under normal use. This warranty is for 12 months from the date of purchase to buyers within the United States (buyers are responsible for return shipping with ALL BUYERS outside the USA also responsible for the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to them). All shipments outside the United States are only guaranteed to have been shipped by us and the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment and any customs fees once it reaches their country. Shipping damage and missing parts must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt to be covered under warranty. Warranty does not apply if you damage a part of if damage is caused by incorrect installation, misuse, high chlorine or contaminants in your water, unauthorized alterations, over tightening of fittings, freezing, accidents, or fire. Failure to follow the installation, use and regeneration instructions can void the warranty. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. To obtain service under this warranty, notify WaterSticks, Inc. by e-mail at sales@watersticks.com describing any defect in workmanship and attach a copy of your origional PayPal receipt. Upon receipt of such notice and determining the damage is covered by this warranty, WaterSticks, Inc. will issue an RMA# and will repair or replace the defective part upon receipt. Please follow the instructions and local codes when installing your WaterStick. WaterSticks, Inc. is not responsible for latent defects or consequential damages. CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND RE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ALL WARRANTY RELATED REPAIRS. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RE-SHIPPING CHARGES DUE TO PACKAGES BEING RETURNED TO US BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER (A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS).
